BS-MD Honors Track Application Checklist
Step 1: Complete CNU Application
- Give yourself extra time to complete your personal statement and Resume/CV.
Step 2: Register for the SAT/ACT Exam and Submit your Scores
- Register through your local high school, or at collegeboard.org to find a testing site near you.
Step 3: Request Official Transcripts From High School
- If electronic transcripts aren’t available, contact the admissions office at
admissions.chs@cnsu.edu or 916-686-7813.
Step 4: Submit Minimum of 2 Letters of Recommendation
- 1 from a STEM teacher, 1 from a guidance counselor or school official.
Max of 4 accepted. A letter from a healthcare professional is also acceptable if applicable.
Step 5: Submit Completed CNU Application
- If additional info is needed, admissions will contact you by email/phone provided.
